3ptti Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 3ptti ("3ptti", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 3ptti.bet. These Terms govern your access to and use of the 3ptti website, mobile-optimised platform, games, sportsbook, payment facilities, promotional offers, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on 3ptti, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood their content, and agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail.

To register and use the 3ptti Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3ptti strictly enforces this age restriction. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is prohibited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold a 3ptti account.
• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory prohibition that restricts you from accessing or participating in online gaming activities.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 3ptti, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account.

3ptti reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents — including a valid Pakistani CNIC — within the timeframe specified by 3ptti may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 3ptti Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances under review.

During registration you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date. You may update your contact details by contacting the 3ptti support team.

Your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. 3ptti will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3ptti reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and to close any account that we reasonably believe has been opened in breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the 3ptti Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 3ptti does not charge currency conversion fees and all displayed amounts reflect PKR values unless otherwise stated.

Accepted deposit methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit. 3ptti reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification, including submission and approval of a valid CNIC document, before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• 3ptti reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where account activity appears unusual.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically clear within 1 to 24 hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Funds deposited into your 3ptti account are held for the purpose of gaming activities only. They do not accrue interest and may not be used for any purpose other than wagering on the Platform or withdrawal in accordance with these Terms.

3ptti offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 3ptti promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to users aged 21 and above who have completed KYC verification unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each user is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion expressly provides for recurring eligibility.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value independent of wagering requirements, and may not be exchanged, sold, or assigned to another user.
• Where a wagering requirement is attached to a bonus, the requirement must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• 3ptti reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where abuse or exploitation of a promotional offer is suspected.
• Use of more than one account to claim a single bonus, or any coordinated exploitation of promotional terms, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

Betting on the 3ptti sportsbook is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market type, and event. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. General betting principles applicable across all markets include the following:

• All bets are accepted subject to available liquidity at the time of placement. 3ptti reserves the right to limit stake sizes on any market at its sole discretion.
• In-play betting is subject to slight delays due to data feed latency. 3ptti will not be liable for bets placed after the relevant event or outcome has occurred where a feed delay has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — including any odds that are clearly incorrect due to a system fault or human error — 3ptti reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your 3ptti account balance promptly following settlement. Settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body.
• For PSL and international cricket markets, settlement is based on the official result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) as applicable.
• Cash-out functionality is available on selected markets and is subject to its own rules, which are displayed at the point of use.

3ptti does not operate any market where the outcome is determined by 3ptti itself. All sporting outcomes are determined independently by the relevant sporting event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3ptti Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds under review pending investigation:

• Multi-accounting: Opening or operating more than one 3ptti account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a 3ptti account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any automated system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate Platform behaviour.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting glitches, bugs, or errors in Platform software to gain an undue advantage.
• Match fixing or spot fixing: Participating in or facilitating any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or corrupt conduct in connection with any sporting event covered on the 3ptti sportsbook.
• Money laundering: Using the 3ptti Platform to launder funds of any origin.
• Impersonation: Attempting to access another user's account or impersonating any person for any purpose on the Platform.

3ptti cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of any prohibited conduct. We reserve the right to share account information and transaction records with relevant authorities where required by law or where we reasonably believe an offence has been committed.

All content on the 3ptti Platform — including but not limited to the 3ptti name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and all other materials — is owned by or licensed to 3ptti and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from 3ptti.
• Use any 3ptti trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 3ptti intellectual property may result in legal action. The licence granted under these Terms terminates automatically upon closure of your account.

3ptti collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 3ptti.bet/privacy-policy. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your name, date of birth, CNIC details, contact information, and financial transaction records — is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with regulatory and legal obligations, and detect and prevent fraud.

3ptti does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3ptti's total aggregate liability to any user — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3ptti shall not be liable for any loss or damage that falls into the following categories:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data beyond the scope of our data backup obligations.
• Loss arising from service interruptions caused by circumstances outside 3ptti's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, acts of God, or third-party platform outages.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind.
• Loss or damage arising from your own breach of these Terms or from your negligence.

The 3ptti Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Whilst we take reasonable steps to maintain uptime and accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

3ptti reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached by the account holder.
• Information provided during registration or KYC is false, misleading, or incomplete.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 3ptti.

Where an account is suspended or closed, 3ptti will conduct a review of any outstanding balance. Funds that are not subject to an active investigation, forfeiture action, or bonus wagering obligation will be returned to the verified account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 3ptti support team. Any pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled in the normal course and any remaining verified balance returned to you.

3ptti is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the Platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and we provide a suite of tools to help all users maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users directly from the Account Settings page:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit ceilings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. An automatic timeout applies once the limit is reached.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanent account closure.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the 3ptti Platform. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of your current session and your net gaming position.

The 3ptti responsible gaming team may also proactively contact users where account behaviour indicates possible problem gambling patterns.

3ptti reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantively affects your rights or obligations under these Terms — we will notify registered users by email to the address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

Non-material clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or minor formatting changes may be made without advance notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 3ptti Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 3ptti operates. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to them.

Any dispute between you and 3ptti that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits 3ptti's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
